Document Automation is the digitisation of the document drafting process. It commonly involves filling out intelligent templates, but also utilising software to understand the best document for the client’s situation. The underlining purpose; efficiency and accuracy.

Docketing Software is a type of software that assists lawyers to schedule, diarise and track deadlines in legal proceedings. Whilst it is commonly used for litigation matters, it can be used for any practice area.

Machine Learning is the process of teaching a computer to make accurate decisions when fed data. It is different to when a computer is taught to perform specific tasks.
