Aaron is a Partner and the Director of Training and Development at Renno & Co., a modern law firm focusing on tech, emerging tech, and M&A. Previously, Aaron was an Equity Partner at Aird & Berlis, a large Canadian law firm.
Aaron is the Co-Founder of 4L Academy, which provides modern, interactive training for lawyers and law students. Aaron is also the Co-Founder of Build Your Book (and co-host of the Build Your Book podcast), which provides modern business development training to lawyers around the world.
He is passionate about legal tech and is extremely active in Toronto’s legal tech community. He is an advisor to many leading legal tech companies around the world.
Aaron’s practice focuses on M&A and tech, as well as helping companies expand to Canada. Aaron speaks regularly on a diverse range of topics, and he maintains an active thought leadership presence on LinkedIn in the legal space (where his posts have generated millions of views in the past 2 years).
