Scott is a lawyer by trade, and an entrepreneur at heart. Scott has founded a number of businesses in addition to practicing corporate law for 6+ years.

Scott is a Co-Founder of AltFee, a legaltech SaaS company on a mission to improve the legal experience, for everyone. More specifically, AltFee is developing a knowledge management and collaboration tool to assist law firms incorporate alternative fee arrangement pricing structures into their legal practice.

Prior to co-founding AltFee, Scott’s legal practice was focused primarily around M&A, as well as general corporate/commercial. During his time as a lawyer he had a keen interest in the innovation of the legal practice and operations of a law firm, always with a viewpoint of how can we do things better? This ultimately led to the founding of AltFee, with his fellow co-founders.
