Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the ability of technology to complete a task, typically performed by a human. Common examples include legal research software, electronic billing and document automation.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) is a software that enables users to track all their communications and nurture relationships with their leads and clients. Our favourite example is Nexl CRM.

Cloud-Based Software or Cloud Computing refers to applications in “the cloud” which allows users to store and access data on the Internet instead of locally.
